Do you want to work strategically with sustainable recruitment and qualified labor law support in a municipality where proximity, responsibility, and quality are at the center? Skurup Municipality is now looking for a senior labor market coordinator for the Labor Market Unit for a temporary position with a special focus on managerial support in labor market issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a labor market coordinator, you have a strategic and operational responsibility to ensure that supported employment is carried out legally, ethically, and sustainably. You serve as qualified managerial support in certain labor law and labor market-related issues and act as a professional intermediary between managers, employees, and the Employment Service.

The assignment involves independently interpreting and applying labor law regulations, balancing the individual's capabilities with the needs of the organization, and ensuring that the Labor Market Unit's supported recruitments are based on quality rather than quantity. You contribute to developing routines, strengthening internal competence, and preventing risks associated with subsidized employment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education in HR, labor law, personnel science, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. You have several years of documented experience in qualified HR work with a focus on labor law and are accustomed to working in an advisory capacity towards managers.

You have good knowledge of labor market policy support forms and experience working with or in close collaboration with the Employment Service. We place great importance on relevant experience and your ability to translate knowledge into practical, operational work.

As a person, you are secure, analytical, and structured. You have a high ethical and moral compass and handle sensitive information with great discretion. You are communicative and have the ability to create constructive dialogues even in complex situations where multiple perspectives need to be weighed together. You see opportunities within the framework of legislation and regulations and work solution-oriented without compromising quality or legality.
